Heather

Heather started in the dental industry in 2001, and is a member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), from whom she earned a fellowship in 2016. She is passionate about continuing education and maintaining annual CEs just like doctors and hygienists. Heather chose dentistry because she always knew she wanted to help people. She started as a dental assistant because she liked making sure that the doctor and patients had everything they needed. Once she learned more about dentistry, she realized that her love of helping people could be realized in a different way in an administrative role. Now she helps her doctor maintain a successful practice, helps patients with anything they need, and helps her team work together in a happy and cohesive environment.

Heather loves living in the “middle of nowhere” in Ostrander, Ohio with her husband Adam and their three dogs Blaze, Quik and Tonka (the office dog). When not working, she enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking and kayaking. She also enjoys going to concerts, trying new restaurants, visiting craft fairs and making DIY crafts from old materials.
