Long-Time Delta Dental Partners — Now In-Network WithMore Plans Than Ever

Linworth Family Dental has been a proud Delta Dental Premier partner for many years, giving Delta Dental patients access to our care throughout that time. We are now expanding that commitment— joining full PPO in-network participation with Delta Dental, plus MetLife, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and many more carriers through our partnership with the Connection Dental Network(GEHA). If your specific carrier isn't a household name, there's a good chance you're still covered — Connection Dental Network includes dozens of smaller commercial plans alongside its majorpartners.
That expanded access came alongside another deliberate decision. Recognizing the difficult state of the current economy, Dr. Whittaker made the choice to reset the practice's fees to 2024 levels.Quality dental care at Linworth shouldn't feel like a financial stretch — and between our expanded insurance networks and fees that reflect today's economic reality, we've worked to make sure itdoesn't.
Same experienced team. Same modern facility at 2865 W. Dublin-Granville Road. Same judgment-free care for patients from toddlers to grandparents — now backed by more insurance options andfees that put family budgets first.

What Happens During the First Visit?

Your first visit as a new patient with our office begins with a consultation. Our team members go over your information and talk to you about your concerns or goals. Please communicate any symptoms you are experiencing and hopes you have about your oral health or smile to give our dentists a full picture.

Your dentist for the appointment performs an examination of your oral health, which includes looking at your teeth, gums and mouth for signs of dental problems and oral cancer. Our team likely uses digital X-rays and possibly other technology to get a better look.

Your dentist uses the information gathered during this appointment to talk to you about your health and any treatment that may be needed. Then, you make relevant follow-up appointments with our office team, such as a visit for a professional cleaning.

How Does Financing Work for the First Appointment?

Our office strives to provide top-quality care at affordable prices for our patients. We also accept a variety of dental insurance plans, which tend to cover this type of visit. Nonetheless, there may be a copay or office visit fee associated with your plan.

We also have numerous payment and financing options available, including paying with a credit card or using our in-office financing plan. Ask our office team about the options available to you.

Thank you for trusting us with your dental care. To ask questions or schedule your first appointment, call our office at (614)- 799-9500.
